Medicare Made Clear


Jasper County Public Library will be hosting three separate sessions of ‘Medicare Made Clear’ in September, offered by Medical and Seniors Consultant Clifford Havens of LifeSmart, Inc.

Attend at the Wheatfield Library on Tues., Sept. 18 at 6 p.m. and again on Wed., Sept. 26 at 10:30 a.m.; or at the Rensselaer Library on Thursday, Sept. 20 at 2 p.m.

Those already on Medicare, approaching Medicare age (turning 65), spouses and/or children of those on Medicare will benefit from attending this educational program.

Information will cover topics such as how to qualify for a lower Part B premium, special enrollment periods, what Medicare does and does not cover, potential out-of-pocket expenses, how to choose supplemental plans, and cost saving strategies for the years ahead.
