Fit ‘n Fun on the Friday


Fridays 10-11am

Chair exercises and other fit ‘n fun activities designed to increase strength and balance will be offered Fridays at the DeMotte Library.

All interested adults are invited to ‘Fit ‘n Fun on the Friday,’ a free exercise program that is ideal for seniors who are looking for a fun way to begin a fitness program. Weeks vary from month to month, so check our Events calendar for the latest classes.

This exercise program is free, and registration is required. Register online or by visiting or calling the DeMotte Library, 901 Birch St., SW, DeMotte, 219 987-2221.
